Dr. med. Maik Riesen

Dr. Maik Riesen studied and completed his doctorate at the Universität Zürich and undertook his clinical training at the Kantonsspital Aarau and the Talacker Augen Zentrum Zürich (tazz), among others. Since 2025 he has been part of our practice team and is glad to look after you competently and carefully in all questions concerning your eye health.

Our eyes accompany us throughout our lives – and deserve the attention that goes with that. Dipl. med. Iwona Krzyzanowska looks after you across the whole spectrum of non-surgical ophthalmology, from regular check-ups and diagnostic examinations to individually tailored treatment. It matters to her to explain the findings to you in an understandable way and to find the right approach together with you.

Your eye health is in experienced hands with Dr. med. Jennifer Robinson: she advises and treats non-surgically and also operates. Having grown up with German and English, she also speaks Italian and French – and so finds the right language with every patient. She has been part of our team since 2020.

Dr. med. univ. Peter Paul Ciechanowski works in both medical and surgical ophthalmology. His specialities are retinal and macular diseases, intravitreal therapies for macular degeneration, upper eyelid surgery, cataract surgery and corneal diseases, as well as the full spectrum of ophthalmology. Founding of Augenpartner Limmattal AG, head of the Augen Zentrum Dietikon, President of the Zürcher Ophthalmologische Gesellschaft (ZOG, Zurich Ophthalmological Society) 2023–2026. Born in Vienna, Austrian.
